OUR ENHANCED CLEANING STANDARDS
Our cleaning standards have always been exceptionally high & we want to give you the confidence that this will remain so by adding additional sanitising layer to enhance our cleaning measures already in place.
We have introduced new cleaning products which are anti-viral & highly effective against pathogens like Coronavirus. These include heavy duty pressure sprays; you may see our staff using in areas for the safety of both staff and customers alike. The chemicals are supplied by a specialist company, are safe and able to destroy the virus within 5 minutes.
Our staff all have been trained in cleanliness & hygiene. We will be providing them with all the PPE required, including gloves, facemasks and face visors. It is not a requirement that they use them, however, we hope you do not mind if they choose to do so for yours and their enhanced safety. In the unlikely event that you have any issues regarding cleanliness please call reception so it can be resolved as quickly as possible.
We have increased our cleaning times for all our static units. When our cleaners first enter the caravan, they will use the new equipment as described under the heading Enhanced Cleaning Standards, on all surfaces, touchpoints, beds, and soft furnishings. Our cleaners will then re-enter and thoroughly clean the caravan as usual.
We have removed any non-essential items from the caravans including bedding at this time, so please bring your own bedding i.e. pillows, duvets or sleeping bags, towels, tea towels etc you require. This will apply for the 2020 season.
We would like to remind our Private Owners that you must only socialise in your own family or your selected bubble family. This should be one selected family and you must not mix groups whilst socialising. (This may be relaxed as time goes on by government directive).
As guidelines direct our swimming pool, toilets, play area will be closed for the 2020 Season. The Boathouse club / entertainment will also remain closed, but we will keep this under review.
The normal two people to a peg must be reduced to one person unless its member of your own family. Social distancing must always be observed. Please ensure you leave the area tidy there will be bins close by.
While you are on park, we ask that you always maintain the required 2 metre social distancing (or new guideline as required). Please make space for each other & be patient at any pinch points.
Social gathering with other families is not permitted whilst on park. We are not accepting any guests (day visitors) this year onto the park.
Please ensure you take appropriate precautions when visiting reception such as washing your hands before or using the sanitising gel provided by the entrance door.
There are supermarkets and shops in the area operating the standard Covid 19 safety measures as you will be familiar with. There are also many cafes now operating takeaway services nearby.
ON YOUR DEPARTURE
We ask our guests to leave the windows open on a latch or top windows for ventilation as they depart their holiday caravan.
When it’s time to say goodbye, may we kindly remind you that you must vacate your caravan by 10am to enable us to safely prepare for the next guest’s arrival. Thank you for your assistance.
