Looking for Caravan holiday parks with fishing?

Look no further!

Lakeside Holiday Park in the heart of the South West of England, is just a few minutes’ walk from Burnham-on-Sea’s High Street and 7 miles of golden sands.

Ideal for your fishing holidays & short breaks, Lakeside has some very attractive special offers for our customers and for those who can’t stay away, we also have holiday homes for sale.

In addition to the fishing, our Park is ideal for families with some great accommodation, live entertainment and plenty of local attractions within easy access.

Our stunning tree-lined, 3 acre natural lake is perfect for days and nights of coarse and carp fishing. With Wild, Mirror and Common Carp, Roach, Rudd, Bream, Tench, Pike and Perch all present in good numbers, our lake is not open to the general public, and with no closed season*, it really does make for a great fishing holiday or weekend break in the heart of Somerset.

* Fishermen must still produce a valid Rod Fishing Licence upon arrival at Reception.

If you are looking for some variety, or indeed for some non-stop fishing action courtesy of ‘commercial fisheries’, where the stocking levels far outweigh those of natural waters, there are plenty of great places to fish in and around Burnham-on-Sea…

Apex Leisure & Wildlife Park Once an area for clay digging, Apex Park covers over 42 acres and Apex Lake is home to Carp and Bream for an excellent day’s fishing. The park and lake are open to the public, with a large area for free car parking within 100ft of the lake. Permits can be obtained at Thyers Tackle Shop, Highbridge.
