Eat, have a coffee or just relax in our poolside conservatory. If you feel more energetic why not rent a mountain bike and explore some of the lovely country lanes around Burnham. Enjoy free use of an indoor 25 metre swimming pool and tennis courts which are a short 5 minute level walk from the Park.

The younger children will have fun in the paddling pool, on the adventure playground and at Ollie the Holiphant's party** or Punch and Judy Show.** For the older ones there is a games zone with pool table, machines and video games plus all the activities in Burnham itself.

- usually medium sized caravans, you will find sleeping for up to 6 max in 2 bedrooms (each for 2 persons) with additional sleeping for 2 in the lounge/dining area.

Disabled

The manufacturers have modified these special caravans to their version of a disabled layout, primarily facilitating wheelchair access (external ramp access also provided). Sleeping up to 5 people max, either a double plus twin bedroom with additional sleeping for 1 in the lounge (Lakeside) or a double plus a single bedroom, with additional sleeping for 2 in the lounge (Broadland Sands).
